|Nadeem Reshi|- Team Kashmir Strikers

It is said that champions are born, but it is the will and hard work combined with the consistency of an individual that leads him to greatness. Nadeem Reshi is one of them. Started playing cricket at the age of 14 and participated in the U-14, U-16, U-17 tournaments. He represented the Jammu and Kashmir team as the vice-captain in the U-14 segment, a team in which Pervaiz Rasool was also a part of. Starting as a wicket keeper he has shown resilience and conviction in order to reach where he is now. His dedication towards the game paid off when he was selected for a two month U-17 training camp in Mumbai coached by none other than Mr. Kiran More. Even after moving to Dubai for work, he stuck to his passion and played whenever he got the opportunity. He for sure is a top quality player, and that’s evident from his run this year. He has had a wonderful 2016 with 3 centuries and more than 10 half centuries to his name till today. With his impeccable form, I’m sure that we can expect an illustrious 2016 for Nadeem. He was part of the winning team in the recently concluded Kashmir tri series held in Dubai, and got two consecutive man of the match awards in the semifinal and the final. He has been instrumental in leading his sides to victory.

A a brilliant talent, unquestionable commitment and relentless commitment towards the game, one can only wonder, as how to tackle an opponent like Nadeem Reshi
